2015 Toyota Prius C V safety features and what they do

We know that typically, when you see a small or compact vehicle, you are likely to assume that there is no way the vehicle would stand up in a high-impact crash. Well, that may have been true for small and compact vehicles of the past, but the Toyota Prius was revised and revamped to be one of the safest compact cars around, all the while maintaining its outstanding fuel efficiency ratings.

In fact, the Prius is so popular that there are now four different models: the Prius, the Prius C, the Prius V and the Prius Plug-In.

The three most popular Prius models are the Prius, the Prius C and the Prius V. The Prius C is even more compact than the Prius and is meant for driving in urban, high-traffic areas. The Prius V is meant for full families because it offers a bit more space than the other models. However, all are still extremely safe and even contain most of the same features.

The 2015 Toyota Prius was awarded a four-star crash rating from the NHTSA and a Top Safety Pick Plus award from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety, which means this vehicle has the goods to back it up.

Comparing the 2015 Toyota Prius C V safety features and what they do, however is a bit more complex as most of these models have similar safety ratings and features.

Below is a table that contains some of the differences between the three models as far as safety features goes, that way you can see a side-by-side comparison of all three! You will notice that most of the models have all of the same features, and that there are a few more standard features with the Prius and the Prius V, whereas the Prius C has those same features available.
