Toyota Camry New Four-Cylinder Engine
Standard equipment on the 2018 Toyota Camry will include a new 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine. Performance numbers and fuel economy ratings on this engine have been increased over the previous engine. Toyota estimates the engine will produce 206 horsepower and 186 pound-feet of torque. Toyota anticipates fuel economy ratings on the engine will check in at 29 miles per gallon on the city and 41 miles per gallon on the highways.

2018 Camry New V-6 Engine
In addition to the base four-cylinder engine, the 2018 Camry can be equipped with a newly-designed 3.5-liter V-6 engine. Performance numbers and fuel economy ratings on this engine are increased over the previous V-6 as well. Toyota is estimating the engine will produce 301 horsepower and 267 pound-feet of torque. Fuel economy ratings are expected to check in at around 22 miles per gallon in the city and 33 miles per gallon on the highways.
