Why doesn’t Toyota have Apply CarPlay?
Toyota vehicles do not have the option of Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. Instead Toyota vehicles have the Entune Audio Plus system that works with Telenav, which developed the Scout GPS Link system. The great thing about this unique system is that it works with both iOS and Android devices, which eliminates the need for either Apple’s or Google’s in-car interface. This is ultimately a helpful way to give all drivers the opportunity to use the Toyota interface system because most devices will be compatible. No one wants to choose a new vehicle based on their mobile device or vice versa. This new system is already available on many 2016 Toyota models including the all-new Tacoma.
How does Scout GPS Link work?
