New features and photos of the 2020 Toyota Supra
Legendary performance and sleek, energetic styling cues are hallmarks of the history of Toyota’s sports cars, and with the unveiling of the all-new Toyota Supra last month at the Detroit Auto Show, we couldn’t be more excited to show you all that it’s set to offer. The Supra name is an iconic one throughout the world, and here in America, we want to give you an exclusive sneak peek at what it can do. So, join Toyota Palo Alto as we take you on a tour of the new features and scheduled release date of the 2020 Toyota Supra!
2020 Toyota Supra engine specs and top speeds
Obviously, with a nameplate as recognizable as the Toyota Supra, you should expect nothing but the best punch and precision that the industry has to offer. The 2020 Supra capitalizes on this thanks to a 3.0-liter twin-scroll turbo Inline 6 engine, capable of producing a mind-blowing 335 horsepower and 365 pound-feet of torque. Combined with its relatively low curb weight (only 3,397 pounds), this allows the Supra to race from 0-60 miles per hour in only 4.1 seconds, posting a top speed of 155 miles per hour!
Still, the Supra will have every capability to keep you centered on the road – literally. Its body construction leads to it having a perfect 50:50 weight distribution, and with an adaptive suspension, active differential, and Brembo® front brakes, you’ll be in line for stellar balance and athleticism behind the wheel.
