New features and specs of the 2020 Toyota Corolla Hybrid

The Toyota line’s commitment to efficiency and durability is exemplified by the Corolla sedan, which has long been a trusted and proven part of the American market. It’s set to return to dealership lots for the 2020 model year, with a pleasing twist – this time around, the Corolla will be available in hybrid configuration! You’re invited to join Toyota Palo Alto today as we show you the new features and specs of the 2020 Toyota Corolla Hybrid – we think you’ll be impressed by what it can do!

Engine specs and drivetrain operation of the 2020 Toyota Corolla Hybrid

Toyota’s chief goal when designing and creating the 2020 Corolla Hybrid was to provide drivers with an experience that’s both familiar and fresh. We see this under the hood, as the 2020 Corolla Hybrid will still offer the 1.8-liter engine that is standard on other model years. However, it will also introduce a nickel-metal hydride battery, and both of these components together will help the 2020 Corolla Hybrid produce up to 121 combined horsepower!

Further, the 2020 Corolla Hybrid will come with a pre-load differential (which helps with acceleration response) and three available (NORMAL, SPORT AND ECO) drive modes; this makes it an energetic and fun model that’s sure to satisfy.

Tech and safety features of the 2020 Toyota Corolla Hybrid

Today’s automotive consumers are more interested than ever before in the tech capabilities that their favorite vehicles provide. The 2020 Corolla Hybrid model knows this, and it offers an Entune™ infotainment system and built-in Wi-Fi hotspot as a result. Plus, with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration, you can cast your phone’s apps to your center touchscreen for seamless use on the road.

As you drive, you can trust in the 2020 Corolla Hybrid to keep you and your passengers secure. This is thanks to Toyota Safety Sense 2.0, a driver assistance package which offers these technologies:

  • Automatic High Beams
  • Road Sign Assist
  • Lane Tracing Assist
  • Lane Departure Alert
  • Full-Speed Dynamic Radar Cruise Control
  • Pre-Collision System
  • Many more!
