We at Toyota of Palo Alto have been happily nested into the community for years, and giving back is one of the main priorities of the dealership. And now, with the Dennis McConnell’s participation in the San Jose Walk to End Alzheimer’s coming up this month, we are doing our part to fight for those who need it. Walking on behalf of our donation and all of our spirited staff at Toyota of Palo Alto is the son of our Service Advisor, Dennis McConnell IV. This sort of commitment to raising awareness is exactly how we wish to continue to give back to the people, but those suffering from the disease need all the support you can give. Currently, over five million Americans are afflicted with Alzheimer’s disease, and that number is predicted to rise to over 16 million by 2050. As an aggressive form of dementia, Alzheimer’s affects memory, thinking, and behavior while consistently getting worse over time. The organizations fighting to develop treatments, prevention, and ultimately a cure need your help to take control of Alzheimer’s and eliminate it.
