Toyota Palo Alto to Sponsor Vehicle Donation to Military Warriors Support Foundation

The United States is a country that was built on the backs of our strong, dedicated military, which fights night and day to protect the freedoms and privileges that we hold dear. There’s no way to fully repay the sacrifices that our Armed Forces have made for our nation, but as a token of our gratitude, our Toyota Palo Alto sales team is proud to donate a brand-new 2018 Toyota RAV4 to one of our hometown hero veterans during the San Jose Veterans Day Parade on November 11!

Who will be receiving our 2018 Toyota RAV4 donation?

As part of the Wounded Warriors Support Foundation’s Transportation4Heroes program, we’ve partnered with Wells Fargo Bank to donate a brand-new 2018 RAV4 to retired Army Specialist Charles McCulley.

A brave member of the U.S. Armed Forces since 2001, Specialist McCulley is a recipient of numerous military accolades, including the Combat Action Badge, National Defense Service Medal, and Global War on Terrorism Service Medal. We’re so proud to be able to show Specialist McCulley the recognition that he deserves, and we thank him for his service to our great nation!

What is the Transportation4Heroes Program?

Our involvement in the Transportation4Heroes program is very important to us – it provides payment-free vehicles and financial/family advice to wounded veterans, to help them ease back into civilian life. In collaboration with numerous local dealerships across the country, the foundation has been able to donate more than 15 vehicles to veterans as a “thank you” for their dedicated service to America.
