The 2022 Toyota RAV4 has six non-hybrid trim levels. There are the LE, the XLE, the XLE Premium, the Adventure, the TRD Off-Road, and the Limited models. You can learn a little about each one below, and if you still have questions, you can visit Magnussen’s Toyota in Palo Alto to learn more.
The three bottom trim levels are the LE, XLE, and XLE Premium. The LE is the base model. The LE has your basics like available All-Wheel Drive, an 8-speed automatic transmission, and drive modes. XLE model upgrades include unique wheels, more driver-assist safety technologies, and LED projector headlights with chrome-finished bezels. The XLE has even more luxury upgrades such as a power-adjustable, memory driver’s seat, and a power tilt and slide moonroof.
If you’re an outdoorsy person, you’ll want to choose between the Adventure and the TRD Off-Road trim levels. Both of these models feature Dynamic Torque Vectoring All-Wheel Drive for better traction on all types of roads. The TRD Off-Road also has an independent MacPherson strut front suspension with a stabilizer bar and a multi-link rear suspension with a stabilizer bar. As their names imply, both of these models are great for an off-road adventure.
The most luxurious trim level of the 2022 Toyota RAV4 is the Limited. This model offers available Dynamic Torque Vectoring All-Wheel Drive. One of its best features is its Audio Plus JBL premium audio system with eleven speakers including a subwoofer and an amplifier. This system is also compatible with many handheld devices using Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and Amazon Alexa connectivity. We recommend the Limited trim level if you like to have the latest technology and amenities in your car.
