        Built to last

        by Larry M on 11/7/2026 12:02:15 AM

This one is a keeper. Built in Japan this one is built with care. The fit and finish is the top notch. The body is solid: solid metal, heavy doors, heavy hood, just solid, solid feel. The drive train is tried and true, been in service since 2018 in other models with very little issues. The hybrid system has been in production with Toyota for over 20 years and has been proven reliable and efficient. The ECVT is much more reliable than conventional transmissions. No clutches to wear and the bonus is it replaces alternator and starter. The ECVT also saves the brake pads with regenerative braking. Some complain about the droning noise, but that is a small trade off for its amazing functional operation. A truly great idea. The ride of my Crown Signia is very smooth and quiet. Handling is responsive and solid. The interior is well thought out and made of top quality materials. The seats are very comfortable. Cabin has lots of room and design is well thought out. I’ve worked cars for over 50 years and this one is one of the best. Planning on keeping this one for many years.…

One of the best. Lovin it!

by LarryM on 10/25/2026 6:10:35 PM

Build and feel is top quality. Solid fit and finish being built in Japan. I believe Japan has better quality control than US built. Haven’t ridden another Toyota that is as quiet as this one. Smooth ride. Nice handling. Comfortable seating. Interior is top quality and my Limited edition has nice real leather seats. Toyota hybrid power train is the best for quality and reliability in my opinion. ECVT (transmission) with planetary gear system is bullet proof. No clutches to wear out and built to be problem free. Not only is the ECVT a great design to drive the vehicle, the planetary gear also doubles as a braking system, plus it acts as a generator to recharge the batteries. What a super great idea! Plus system has No alternator and not starter to break down. Fewer moving parts, fewer parts to maintain means better reliability. Yes, ECVT system comes with droning, but, what’s not to love. I am a car guy, have maintained my own cars for 53 years now. This is a super car for me, old retired guy. Comfy smooth ride and the thing is built to last, probably longer than me!…

        Great SUV/Wagon

        by Mike P on 10/11/2026 12:29:14 AM

Very pleased with this vehicle. Was looking at purchasing another Lexus. Decided to go with the Crown Signia because of its how close it is to the Lexus. (about $10,000 less). The vehicle is very smooth, comfortable, and a joy to drive. Not a speedster, but plenty fast enough. Love driving by all the gas stations. Averaging a shade off 44 miles per gallon. Have never gotten less than 40. If you are looking for something other than the same old boring SUV. I suggest you give the Crown Signia a look, you will be glad you did.…
