I was faced with a potentially difficult situation with my Prius -- I got to work early in the morning and my dashboard was blank and the car wouldn't turn off. I immediately drove to the dealer and was helped by Tony Aguirre. He quickly diagnosed the problem and said it would be covered in full (on an 8 year old car!). They provided a loaner car for free. The whole experience was as painless as it possibly could have been.
Just had my Prius in for it's 100,000 mile check. Jared Webber handled my service, and was friendly and efficient. He was able to take care of a follow up issue over the phone, so I didn't have to go back in again.
Thank you for your excellent customer service and user friendly environment in the process of purchasing the car we now have as well as the quick first response to solve the tire problem that was not of your fault we appreciate all your help and look forward to future purchase for our next car.

I made an appointment w/ Said to check out & test drive the used 2008 Toyota XLE I saw on the dealership website. We (I brought my brother & my sister in-law)came. With the checklist on our hands, we inspected the vehicle. All was good. However w/ the dealer asking price, I told Said my offer. He didn't like. So...we went somewhere else for a while...like going to another dealership in Milpitas. The similiar vehicle I saw in Milpitas had way, way more flaws. The vehicle at Magnussen's T of PA looked much better. So...we drove back to Magnussen's of PA & I decided to buy that particular 2008 Sienna XLE. That is, if Said can give me an extra key to the vehicle. And you know what? Not only did Said give me an extra key, he gave me an extra FOB (keyless remote) to the 2008 Toyota Sienna XLE I now happily own. It's been a week since I bought the Sienna. So far...it's been good. Octavio was wonderfully thorough explaining the service needed for my vehicle. I will ask for him next time my service is due. Everything was taken care as promised.
I came in for a routine service and was immediately checked in, checked out and on my way to work on the Shuttle. Jared Weber took note of my concern about an odor in the AC and reported back about that, along with a summary of the service. I requested that my car be serviced as soon as possible, and indeed, it was ready in 1.5 hours. This was the easiest service I've experienced. Jared definitely takes the utmost care with his customers.
Good, reliable service at competitive market rates. Add to that the online system, access to the car's entire service history and the likeable guys that face the public and we got a enjoyable exercise for an often not so enjoyable event. Thanks Tony.
Tony Aguirre was very responsive and thorough. However, I thought a two hour wait for an oil change was excessive, particularly since I was given a confirmed appointment. Sal Lasala
